When Aquabatix received a casting call for the Templespa Most Revealing campaign, needing an underwater model, we knew our models would be exactly what they needed.

The brief, from producer Sam Orams at Kindred Comms, was to find a model who was confident in moving and opening eyes underwater. There would be several close ups on her face, as this was a beauty facial product commercial. They were also looking for someone who could show the product out of the water too.

All of our underwater models were put forward for the casting, with their underwater showreels showing off their talent and skills. Gen was shortlisted and invited to attend a small casting in person, due to Covid-19 protocals being in place.

Our underwater model Genevieve was selected for the Templespa Most Revealing campaign. Genevieve is not only a former Great Britain synchronised swimmer, but also an actress and has modelled for the recent TCL campaign as well.

The campaign was shot over three days, with the underwater scenes being filmed at Under The Media tank in Croydon and then studio scenes to showcase the product filmed closeby. Genevieve, as always, was completely at home in the water, not only showing off the product, but diving into the water, arching and somersaulting underwater and using her skills to captivate the viewers in a stunning bright orange dress. With her acting skills behind her as well, she came across as a complete natural out of the water, demonstrating how to use the cream.

Producer Sam Orams of Kindred Comms said “ We had an amazing shoot, Gen was a dream to work with”, whilst Temple Spa consultant Melanie Lampro mentioned that “Gen did a great job”.

The stunning video was directed by Russ Owen and filmed by Josh Williams and Harold Williams. Clive Shalice was the photographer, with Camilla Turner styling and make up by Ashleigh Haines.
