'The brief was water ballet in the open water at Stud House, Hampton Court. From the first discussion on the phone, to the various meetings and correspondence required to pull this performance together I found that I was dealing with a truly professional team. I was not only very happy with all of the pre-production elements involved in this process but thrilled every time we spoke as everything progressed beyond my expectations. Your use of all means of technology to maximise our communication and brisk responses, smooth and calm troubleshooting and willingness to economise and maximise our budget was very encouraging.   Suffice to say that the actual day was a tremendous success with President Gorbachev and Vanessa Redgrave making particular comment to me about the brave and beautiful performers from Aquabatix. The crowd were truly enthralled, enchanted and obviously amazed particularly due to the professionalism of the performers in the very cold weather.
