A December pool party in London? Why not?! With temperatures barely above freezing on a sunny winter’s day in town, a beautiful warm spa pool was transformed into a warm tropical paradise, by luxury event company Fiona Leahy Design, to launch designer holiday wear brand Koibird‘s 2020 resort collection.
Whilst the water was lapping onto the side of the pool, models were walking around in Koibird’s beautiful swimwear serving sorbet and cocktails and DJ Henri was blasting out the summer tunes. However, what better way to capture your guests attention, than to parade a team of synchronised swimmers out, to perform a routine in the swimwear, modelling it in the water whilst performing their moves.
With music by Rosalia, the team of Aquabatix synchronised swimmers performed four times throughout the event, elegantly showing off the swimsuits and having all the guests film their performance to share on social media, a great way to promote the client’s brand.
After each pool party performance the synchronised swimmers set up poses for the guests to take photos. Event manager for Fiona Leahy Design, Pascha Rix said “Working with Aquabatix was really easy and effective.
