Aquabatix synchronised swimmers in commercial:

Three Aquabatix synchronised swimmers feature in a new commercial for Castania nuts. The synchronised swimming trio were selected by Contraband and a Lebanese advertising agency to shoot a commercial for the top brand of nuts in beautiful Beirut.

The girls were flown out to Beirut for three days which included a rehearsal as well as the shoot. The location was a stunning infinity pool in the hills. The synchronised swimming choreographer created the moves along with the synchronised swimmers which you can see in the commercial here:

They were required to choreograph a 15 second synchronised leg sequence for the cameras in front of male models who were laid out on sun loungers around the pool. They wanted to make sure all their angles matched perfectly and well as having perfect synchronisation.

Although the water was unheated, the swimmers wore wetsuits to rehearse in, then braved the chill in turquoise swimwear for the actual shoot. With the gleaming sun shining down on the water, the swimmers said that it wasn’t too bad having to perform in water that cold.
