Aquabatix dives into the Burberry High Summer Campaign 

Aquabatix brought an extraordinary aquatic dimension to Burberry’s high summer campaign 2026 To ‘The Lido‘, featuring acclaimed British actors Simone Ashley and Tom Blyth. Set against the spectacular coastal backdrop of Cape Town, the campaign celebrates the spirit of summer, celebrating Britain’s culture of open-air pools that come alive with communities, combining fashion, movement and cinematic storytelling.

Our talented team of synchronised swimmers and divers played a starring role in To The Lido, bringing precision, artistry and a touch of aquatic magic to the production. Blending the elegance of synchronised swimming with the athleticism and drama of diving, the performers created captivating moments in the water, adding a dynamic visual layer to Burberry’s distinctive creative vision.

Creative Director David Lane devised the Burberry high summer campaign to capture the energy and beauty of Summer, with the water providing a spectacular stage for the actors, models and aquatic talent. Moving images were brought to life by video director Francis Plummer, while Carlos Mimet captured social content, ensuring the aquatic moments could make a splash across digital platforms. One clip captures the synchronised swimmers creating the word ‘BURBERRY” in the water, whilst another is a ‘guess the emoji’ clip, with the swimmers creating emoji shapes. The film is underscored by the TONE remix of Beating’ by Tirzah.
