Sino Group Citywalk Grand Opening, Hong Kong

Aquabatix performed a duet Sync Tank for the first time at the end of July 2008. Athletes and company director, Katie Fried, enjoyed a warm welcome and array of compliments from the organizers and citizens of Hong Kong when they performed for the grand opening of Sino Group's Citywalk Shopping Centre.

Performing in a bespoke tank created just for Aquabatix, the girls provided a beautifully synchronised routine for VIPs and an excitable crowd on nine occasions during their 10 day visit.

On one occasion, Aquabatix obliged the enthusiastic crowd with an unplanned encore performance requested by our gracious hosts. The opening of the Citywalk shopping Centre was a very successful and truly magical event that the Aquabatix performers and Sino Group are unlikely to forget.
