Gala Event in London

Aquabatix were delighted to perform at a recent charity Gala event in London in the presence of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (Their first formal engagement as a married couple!) The evening was produced by Starlight Design who constructed a temporary pool and diving boards in the grounds of Kensington Palace, recreating the atmosphere and glamour of a 1950s lido . Throughout the reception the guests were entertained by a continuous programme of synchronised swimming and high diving specially choreographed in conjunction with the high divers from the La Quebrada diving show. Further entertainment for the evening included American rock group the Kings of Leon and DJ Mark Ronson. Aquabatix were delighted to play their part in helping the evening raise in excess of £17 million for disadvantaged children worldwide.
