Aquabatix Privacy Policy


Collecting information
If you enquire about our service information and/or for a quote, we will add your personal name, company name, email address, phone number and postal address, along with details about what you provide, to a file on our Database.  We also securely store your data on the CRM database ‘V Tiger’ and details of their privacy policy can be found if you click here.

For Clients, we will store your financial information securely on our Database.

What we do with your information
We use your information to keep our clients/prospective clients up to date with our services we can provide them by way of e-marketing, proposals and brochures.  We may also include details and photos of your company/service/venue on our website, newsletter and social media channels.

We DO NOT advertise or share your personal information or contact details with anyone, or sell any of your details to any other company.  However, if we secure a booking with you we may on occasion need to provide your name, email contact and mobile number to other vendors or the venue prior to the job and to our artists for use on the day of the event only.

Your right to see what information we hold
You can request at any time to see any information that we hold about you.  In order to do this, you need to submit your request in writing to adele@aquabatix.com or to the postal address 24, Sidney Road, Beckenham, BR3 4QA

Information Commissioner’s Office (I.C.O)
We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) to collect, retain, store and pass on personal information on Artists, Hirers, Suppliers and other Agents in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018. Our registration Number is: 00045 538237 and our Data Processor is Katie Fried at Aquabatix Limited

Opting out
If you do not want us to keep your details on our Database then you can request for them to be removed at any time by sending an email to adele@aquabatix.com and we will ensure that this is done.

However, removing your details from our files would mean that we would be unable to contact you about our services or promote you to other clients/ prospective clients either on our website, online communication or within e-marketing that we regularly send out.
